We ship across Canada and the United States. Orders over $150.00 CAD ship free; orders below that threshold are charged a flat $15.00 CAD. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
If you're not satisfied, unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, less original shipping costs. To start a return, contact us at hello@ssdivina.com with your order number.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
